If your calendar lives in Outlook or Microsoft 365, the connection works the same way it does for Google: scheduled tasks become calendar entries, and the meetings already in your week show up alongside the work you're planning.

Delta sync, not a full re-read
Outlook exposes a delta endpoint, which means the app asks Microsoft only what has changed since it last looked rather than pulling your whole calendar each time. That keeps the sync quick and well inside API limits even on a busy shared calendar.
As with Google, writes from Planrotfish go out immediately and changes made in Outlook are picked up on the next pull, so a meeting booked in Outlook lands on your plan within minutes.
Running both at once
Google and Outlook are not mutually exclusive. If your work calendar is in Microsoft 365 and your personal one is in Google, connect both — each keeps its own set of calendars and its own sync state, and both appear in the same week view.
Setting it up
Create an account, then find it under Settings → Integrations → Outlook. Every connection is part of the single Pro plan at $4.99 per month — there is no per-integration pricing and nothing here is an upgrade.
Questions
Does this work with a work Microsoft 365 account?
Yes, as well as with personal Outlook accounts. Some organisations require an administrator to approve third-party apps, in which case your IT admin will need to allow the connection before it completes.
Can I connect Outlook and Google at the same time?
Yes. Each connection keeps its own calendar selection and sync state, and events from both appear together in your week.
Is the sync two-way?
Yes. Tasks you schedule in Planrotfish are written to Outlook, and events created in Outlook are pulled back onto your plan.
